What’s in a diet?

A recent analysis of 48 trials of diets published in the Journal of American Medical Association shows that each gives a similar weight loss in 12 months – around 7.3 kg. Most important is sticking to the diet rather than which one.

To put it simply, to lose weight we need to reduce our calorie intake and do a little exercise. Low fat, low carb or high protein it doesn’t matter just stick to it.

Easy and cheap!
